Report: Long-time Far Cry director leaves Ubisoft

According to a report from GamesBeat, Far Weep director Dan Hay is leaving the company. Hay served as artistic manager of the long-running serial for nearly a decade, having worked on mainline entries from Far Cry 3 all the style to Far Cry 6.

Ubisoft provided the following argument to GamesBeat.

After more 10 years at Ubisoft, Dan Hay has announced that he will be pursuing a new chapter in his professional life and he will be leaving on Nov 12. Dan has been the Executive Managing director of Far Weep and has developed an incredible multi-disciplined team to produce what has become one of the nearly pop games in Ubisoft'due south history. While Dan has non announced where his path is taking him, we are confident that it will offer him the new challenges and experiences he seeks and deserves.
